So, what do we do?

Well, basically, we take the stress out of owning and running a holiday home in France, meaning you can spend your time enjoying your home from home instead of worrying about it.

With over 20 years experience in looking after French property we have built up a great relationship with professionals of all trades. everything from roofers to builders to electricians and plumbers and of course the essential gardening and cleaning.

One of the biggest things we get enquiries about, is clients just wanting us to pop over to their house once a month, to make sure everything is ok. Especially after a storm, when roof tiles can come loose and cause leaks, trees coming down and of course burst water pipes is always a worry after a hard frost. So we give our clients peace of mind, and we really don't charge much for this service.

Gardening

Every house with a garden needs regular maintenance. Whether it's a weekly or fortnightly mow, we take care of it. Hedge trimming, weed killing, clearances. Maybe you need your driveway improving with some more pebbles, well we take care of that too!

Cleaning

We are very happy that once again this year we have had nothing but praise about our cleaning team. 5* reviews from AirBnB guests, and a lot more praise besides. We really do have a great team. Whether it's regular cleans, gite changeovers or one off cleans, they are great. And they offer a laundry service too!

Tradespeople/artisans

We work with loads of tradespeople, from decorators to builders to architects. We can help with almost everything.

We can arrange estimates, give advice, oversee works, send you photos, we do it every day!

With so many years in France and dealing with all aspects of property maintenance, management and advice, we are also able to give plenty advice on the do's and don'ts of holiday rentals. We have seen and experienced pretty much everything! And we are happy to give you as much information/guidance as you need.

And we are very friendly!
